We excited to share another food fundraiser with you all, The Midsummer Bento!
The Midsummer Bento was inspired from a summer picnic that we had awhile back. As a family, we love summer picnics and so one year, we decided to elevate our experience by making these fancy lunchboxes that contained some of our favorite summer foods. So, we wanted to recreate and share our love of summer picnics with you all through this fundraiser.
Each bento box contains: a turkey BLT sandwich w/ a Peruvian green sauce, chicken pasta salad, cheese & crackers (w/ turkey and roast beef deli meats), fruits (strawberries & oranges), 2 chocolate chip cookies, and a 12 oz. mango lemonade drink.
